Background.
Nutrinova is the leading supplier of Anima and poultry feeds, Equipment as well as best service provider for poultry and animal husbandry farming, expert advice, training and farm equipment. Nutrinova has been into existence for a good period of time both in Uganda and Kenya.
Nutrinova U LTD is looking for a suitable candidate for the position below.
Duty Station Various Regions.
Key Responsibilities.
- Provide Technical support and training to existing customers in Area of operation.
- Improve farmers management practices so that they are Successful enough to survive and grow their businesses, Identify any other existing sales opportunities in the market in line with company produrts and services.
- Provide continuous market reports about the company products and services, competitors in the market place, Present market research and action plans for the market in line with company goals.
- Carry out promotions and other marketing activities as identified by Marketing department,
- Provide full time technical and sales support to company Branches and Agents.
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Veterinary studies (Animal Husbandry and Production)
Experience:
- 2-3 years hands on experience in similar work environme and business, extension work experience is add advantage.
- Knowledge competences.
- Hard working, persuasive.quick decision making skills.
- Intelligent, good interpersonal skills, networking abilit
- abilities, Great Sales and Product Marketing skills (Data analysi: collection and action plan drafting).
- Background in Poultry is added advantage
- Valid ridding/Driving Permit.
- A Bachelor's degree or above in Petroleum Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Oilfield Chemical Application, etc.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, a minimum of 10 years of experience in EPS Engineering Service, 5 years of experience in EPS Equipment Operation & Maintenance, and 3 years of experience as EPS team leader at the well site.
• Establish and implement Technical Management Regulation and Policies for EPS services.
• Optimize the technology management by collecting, analyzing, reviewing and summarizing operational and technical data.
• Review and approve the EPS Technical Design for critical Wells.
• Review and approve the Contingency Plan for critical Wells. Conduct technical training and evaluate the training effects.
• Optimize the EPS technology regarding quality control and cost control.
• Analyze the EPS cases, and advise solutions and improvements.
• Obey the HSE laws and regulations of the region country. Implement the HSE concepts of the company.
• Participate in activities of HSE culture development.
