Uganda Cricket Association (UCA) exists to govern and grow the game of cricket in Uganda, providing year-round programs at every level to drive success, inspiring Unity and Diversity. To this end, we are looking to fill several positions to be based in Kampala.
Job title: Women's Development Officer
Reporting to: Development Manager
Competencies
• Able to Wok with People.

• Able to Present and Communicate Information.
• Able to Deliver Results and Meet Customer Expectations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience - At least 3 years' relevant experience.
Education - A relevant Bachelor's Degree.
Knowledge - Cricket rules and regulations
Added advantage - Stakeholder engagement and management.
Skills
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills;
• Administrative Communication;
• Customer Service.
• Able and willing to travel around Uganda.
