Background
Private Sector Foundation Uganda (PSFU) is Uganda's apex body for the private sector. It is made up of over 309 business associations, corporate bodies and the major public sector agencies that support private sector growth. Since its founding in 1995, PSFU has served as a focal point for private sector advocacy as well as capacity building and continues to sustain a positive dialogue with Government on behalf of the private sector. PSFU aims to strengthen private sector capacity for effective policy advocacy and market competitiveness.
PSFU intends to recruit the serious of qualified individuals with suitable credentials and experience for the following positions.
Some Duties and Responsibilities for Manager Outreach
1. Contributing to the Development and implementation of department's strategy
2. Working with the DMS, undertake the following; i. Scout, identify and recommend establishment of upcountry physical locations (Branch & Outposts etc) ii. Propose and implement events (learning, networking, engagement) that benefit members particularly at branch/outpost level.
iii. Mobilize branches to participate in B2B activities initiated by HQs iv. Mobilize branches to participate in B2C activities initiated by HQs
