Job Purpose
• To supervise landfill operations which includes effluent treatment plant and laboratory.
• Plans, manages and supervises administrative activities of the laboratory to ensure that delivery is accurate and timely
Educational Qualifications
• A-Level Certificate
• Relevant tertiary qualification will be an added advantage
• Quality Assurance qualification will be an advantage.
Experience Requirements
• 5 years’ supervisory experience in an applied field.
• Knowledge of different chemical process & materials
Key Job Responsibilities
• Supervise landfill operations including management of staff
• Ensure plant efficiency
• Ensure compliance with all requirements of Safety, Health, Quality and
Environment
• Ensure compliance with the company Quality Policy, objectives and regulations
• Responsible for the implementation of and adherence to the ISO/IEC 17025 quality system.
• Ensuring efficient and productive operation of the laboratory and maintenance of high analytical standards.
• Supervising the laboratory employees and cleaners to maximize productivity and individual growth.
