Responsibilities

This position is responsible for effectively managing the brand portfolio in order to create brand visibility, brand awareness and market share growth in the various segments of Retail, Lubricants, LPG and Card portfolio whilst adhering to the company’s policies and procedures.
Create and manage brand marketing efforts for the brand portfolio

Duties and responsibilities

• Developing and implementing brand marketing plans for the brand portfolio in line with the group master plan
• Managing ATL and BTL communication for the portfolio of brands
• Managing the current brand portfolio as well as the innovation process for new product development
• Designing consumer and trade promotions and support materials
• Developing and monitoring marketing budget including expenditures and appropriations
• Leading third party agencies (Creative, Digital, Media planning, Experiential etc.)
• Managing contracts with agencies and monitoring Service level agreements and relevant contractual Key Performance indicators (KPIs) with regular review of the same
• Establishing marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
• Expanding and developing marketing platforms including social media platforms
• Monitoring, reviewing and reporting on all marketing activity and results
• Conducting market research and analysis for the brand portfolio while taking corrective action
• Timely delivery on activity and/or campaign deadlines
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisor


Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communication or equivalent
• Details of experience
• 5 years experience in marketing management and brand management
