Adara Development is committed to improving Maternal Newborn Child Health services in Uganda, by supporting holistic programmes that ensure women and children have access to services across the continuum of care. About The Role
Adara Development is seeking a Financial Clerk to:
• To manage cash payments and the petty cash register of Adara Development (Uganda) (DEVU)
• To maintain financial entries in the Accounting System
• To ensure DEVU follows all financial policies and procedures
• To ensure DEVU follows all financial policies and procedures
• To support the Finance Assistant as required

About you
• Relevant degree or diplomacy in business, accounting or economics
• A minimum of one-year experience in a relevant role Knowledge of key compliance and regulatory bodies in Uganda
• Experience using accounting software and knowledge of key accounting principles
• Computer literacy, and experience using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• The ability to work on multiple tasks and in a complex environment
