Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, and South Sudan. On behalf of our national based client that deals in producing of security documents and supporting IT systems, we are looking for competent candidates to fill the following positions.
Job title: 2 Project Officers
Overview
• The overall purpose of this job is to be a link between company and the assigned client/ project.
• The job holder will function as the face of company and directly work with the assigned client/project to answer their questions or provide additional support where needed.
• S/he will handle the assigned client's complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up issues to ensure resolution.
• S/he will keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, file documents and ensure that each party fulfills its obligations diligently
