Job title: Sales and Marketing Manager
Department: Commercial
Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer

Job Purpose & Main Missions:
A Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities, planning, and implementing new Sales and Marketing Strategies. The Sales and Marketing Manager will also manage both the Marketing and the Sales Teams and will perform managerial duties to meet the company's operations goals.

Objectives
• Creating Strategies for gaining customers and then retaining.
• Executing Sales & marketing strategies and managing budgeting to accelerate revenue and business growth.
• Analysing and creating Strategies for engaging the target market.
• Analysing the competition to create a strategy for engagement
• Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
• Research & Development
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities, and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
• Build and expand the brand's identity and regional presence.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop sales & Marketing pipelines.
• Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports for top management.
• Budgeting
• Analysing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales & Marketing team meets their Targets and goals.
• Customer
• Engaging in superior customer service by making information readily Care Services available on various platforms while working in collaboration with the public relations and communications unit.
• Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management, answering questions from clients.
• Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
• Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns.
• Team Management & Self
• Development
• Work hand in Hand with the HRM to recruit, train, manage performance, coaching the sales & Marketing Team to Meet the Human Resource Objectives.
• Attending educational Opportunities, conferences and workshops, reading Publications maintaining personal and professional developments of the Industry.
• Manage all Regional showrooms back to back Perform any other related duties

Minimum Qualifications / Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, Master’s
• Degree is an Added Advantage.
• 3-5 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing role at Middle or top Management Level in Renewable Energy Industry.
