Job Details:
Responsibilities:
• To drive all sales activities (sales plan and sales
• strategy) that ensures the attainment of branch sales goals and profitability. Generate sales leads that will ensure market penetration is achieved. Undertake financial literacy to both new andexisting customers
• Provide a daily sales activity plan to the Branch
• Manager. To prepare concepts, proposals, sales plans and activities, and presentations. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and codes of Business ethics to ensure that they are
• communicated and implemented within the team.
• To provide daily wrap ups on accounts opened and funded.
• To drive branch sales agenda and targets( Inliabilities)
• Any other Duty that may be assigned
Minimum Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
• Economics, Statistics, Microfinance, Accounting,
• Finance/ Any other business related course.
• Have good customer care/service skills
• Sales, presentation with good communication Skills
• Lead generation, computer skills/literate
• Negotiation skills are vital asset to the jobholder.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Problem solving skills and ability to multi task
• Candidate must be willing to work upcountry
