Job Details:
Main Job Responsibilities:
• Support execute strategies for digital financial services. Develop and oversee the execution of a robust on-boarding process for digital channels (agents' selection, agents' business pitch, document validation, branding, training and provision of business device) in compliance with set out regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor and take action to improve DFS banking operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Be part of and Support the project team to
• develop digital channels for the Bank to deliver digital financial services at scale. This will involve partnership development, business cases and project road mapping
• Monitoring and evaluation, and assessing.
• managing and resolving risks and issues relatedto DFS projects.
• Any other duty that may be assigned
Minimum Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business
• Administration, Information Technology/Engineering or any other business related course.
• Knowledge of related regulations, as well as the
• ability and confidence to engage across various internal and external stakeholders. A strategic thinker with project management experience, strong oral and written communication and presentation skills and excellent organizational abilities.
• Attention to details, strong field orientation with proven interpersonal skills
• Decision making problem solving and people
• management skills. In depth understanding of key drivers 'digital transformation. Experience in project management especially for digital services Familiarity and experience with financial institutions
