Successful candidates must have relevant experience and recognized expertise in large international onshore/offshore oil and gas projects. Job title: Site Quality Manager Construction
Overview
• Responsible for product quality on the Project in line with McDermott procedures and ensure and that all jobs are carried out as per the Company's operating standards.
• Responsible for implementation of Project Quality Plan to achieve product quality and assists Project Quality Manager in the preparation of the Construction Quality Plan.
• Overall management and implementation of the PQP for Site Construction
• Ensuring that all materials and work comply with the Project specifications and McDermott quality standards.
• Ensure that the National Content Plan is followed by all parties (McDermott and Subcontractors
• Manage the training and advancement of local employees and ensuring that knowledge of the company's policies experience on large scale oil and gas projects including refinery or petrochemical experience in predominantly a QA/QC related role.
• Also desirable - candidate to have both onshore/ offshore project related experience
Required degree and qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Structural, Electrical Engineering or equivalent Quality Management related Qualification
• Master's Degree in Quality Management preferred
• IRCA Registered QMS ISO 9001:2015 Auditor
• Minimum CSWIP 3.0 Welding Inspector or equivalent
• Proficient computer skills - MS Office Suite.
