GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:
The Graduate Trainee- HCM is a position that will report directly to the Human Resource Coordinator. The Graduate Trainee-HCM will be responsible for executing some daily routine Human Resource Tasks and ensure that these are being addressed in a timely and efficient manner. The tasks mainly include updating the HCM and supporting the Recruitment Function.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
HR DATABASE
• Responsible for the development and updating of trackers including but not limited, HR data tracker etc.
• Providing support for entries in HCM and ensuring that it is always up to date
• Managing the HR data and providing information for the HR reports.
RECRUITMENT
• Provide Support to the STAO on recruitment documentation.
POLICY
• Ensure code of conduct course compliance through follow up and reminders to staff
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
• 1-2 years plus experience in this similar HR support role.
• Bachelor’s degrees in Human Resource, Business Administration or any related discipline in people function
