Successful candidates must have 10 or more years of relevant experience and recognized expertise in large international onshore/offshore oil and gas projects with at least 5 years of supervisory experience. The working environment is multicultural and demands considerable experience in the project process working with International Clients and Contractors. Strong communication skills, fluent spoken and written English.
Construction General Superintendent, Construction E&I Superintendent and Construction Civil / Structural / Arch Superintendent
• Organization and direction of construction activities, ensure compliance with design/specifications, completion on schedule, within budget and to quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with all Project Design Documentation, with Company Standards and Procedures, and with applicable international Codes, Standards and Practices.
• Liaison with Construction Manager to monitor progress and prepare performance reports.
• High focus on safely and familiarity with planning & scheduling systems Working knowledge of shutdown, maintenance, and startup of industrial facilities
Project IT Manager
• Ability to formulate and define technical scope and objectives of project deliverables. Develop project strategies and plans, and identify the methods and tools required for the project
• Work closely with the end users, business technologists, and others to understand and prioritize business goals and information needs, then develop system requirements and design specifications, direct efforts to refine conceptual systems design requirements into the technical design
• Creative approaches to problem solving and quality deliverables supporting business needs. Ability to develop execution procedures and plans
• Degree preferred in an appropriate discipline or commensurate experience • Project Management Training or commensurate experience
